2. Activity

FLAWLINE is a SaaS platform for historical analysis and methodological evaluation of rule-based crypto-asset trading strategy configurations (deterministic backtesting and statistical robustness checks).

FLAWLINE does not provide investment services or financial advice, does not execute orders, does not hold crypto-assets, does not connect to exchange accounts and does not manage anyone's capital. It is currently offered as a free beta; no purchases or payments are possible.

As an individual, the owner is not registered in the Commercial Registry. FLAWLINE operates as a historical research and validation software service. Its functionality and scope are described in the Terms of Use and the Risk & Methodology Notice.

3. Access and use

Public pages are free to access. Using the application requires an account and is governed by the Beta Terms. Visitors must use the site lawfully, in good faith and in line with these conditions, and must not damage, overload or impair it.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The software, published methodology, texts, design, logos and the FLAWLINE brand belong to the owner or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed for commercial purposes without prior permission, except as allowed by law and by the Beta Terms for each user's own reports.

The IBM Plex typefaces are distributed under the SIL Open Font License.

5. Content and information

Information on this site is general and technical. Results and examples describe historical evidence and are not investment recommendations. See the Risk & Methodology Notice.

The owner aims to keep information accurate and current but may change it at any time. Links to third-party sites are provided for reference only; the owner does not control and is not responsible for their content.

6. Data protection and cookies

7. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law, in particular the LSSI-CE, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and, where applicable, the Spanish consumer protection act (TRLGDCU). Where the user acts as a consumer, the courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction.
